For customers in Kuwait:

The customer has 14 days to return or exchange any item. Returned items must be in their original packaging, must be new, unused, unscented, with OHANA tag and original invoice included. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to customer. Once our team confirms that the order meets our return policy, the customer will receive a full refund at our branch. Sale items are non-refundable. 

For customers outside Kuwait:

Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges for international orders. Please confirm the size before ordering using the size chart for each piece or our team can help you via WhatsApp +96522087779
